About the Role: We are looking for a Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead with strong experience in mobile app development to lead the end-to-end delivery of our digital health platform. You will be responsible for facilitating agile ceremonies, coordinating across cross-functional teams (Frontend, Backend, AI/ML, UI/UX), and ensuring successful, on-time delivery of a scalable, intelligent mobile application. The ideal candidate will be an experienced servant-leader with hands-on experience in managing Flutter-based mobile apps , cloud infrastructure (AWS), and AI/ML-powered features. Key Responsibilities: Serve as Scrum Master across multiple squads (Mobile, Backend, AI/ML, UI/UX) Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint reviews, and backlog grooming Facilitate sprint execution ensuring alignment with timelines for Phase 1 (4 months) and Phase 2 (3 months post-launch) Collaborate with Product Owner, Technical Architect, and CTO to define and prioritise the product backlog Track project KPIs such as velocity, burndown, and team performance to continuously improve delivery outcomes Remove blockers, coordinate across internal and external stakeholders, and escalate issues promptly to leadership Implement best practices in Agile/Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks as appropriate Maintain transparency using tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent Champion a culture of continuous improvement, technical excellence, and cross-team collaboration Manage dependencies between modules including wearable integration, AI logic, and third-party SDKs (e.g., Visual Care SDK) Initial Phase Milestones: Phase 1: Health data integration from wearables and manual uploads AI Engine for insights and life expectancy analytics Emergency alert functionality Carer visit tracking and core user dashboard Phase 2: AI-powered personalised recommendations Service booking module Enhanced health prediction logic and visual insights Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of experience in Agile Project Delivery , with at least 2 years in mobile app environments Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agilist, or equivalent agile certification Proven track record delivering cross-platform apps (preferably Flutter) integrated with backend and AI/ML services Working knowledge of AWS cloud services (Lambda, S3, EC2, API Gateway, SageMaker) Familiarity with integrating health data from wearables (Apple HealthKit, Google Fit, Fitbit, etc.) Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced agile environment Nice to Have: Background in health-tech or aged care services Understanding of OCR pipelines , Node.js APIs , and SaaS delivery models Experience with HIPAA/GDPR-compliant app development Hands-on familiarity with Jira, Asana, Trello, or Azure DevOps for agile tracking What We Offer: Opportunity to lead the agile delivery of a next-gen health platform with real social impact Dynamic team environment with experts across frontend, backend, AI/ML, and design Long-term leadership pathway in a rapidly growing health-tech venture Competitive compensation and benefits Culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning How to Apply: Send your resume and a short cover letter to careers@a1disabilitysupportcare.com.au Subject: Scrum Master Mobile Health App Mumbai (Very Important: You NEED TO copy-paste this subject above in the subject field of the email)

The organisation delivers high-quality disability support services. We are hiring a dynamic Operations Manager in Mumbai to oversee end-to-end day-to-day operations, coordinate with Australian stakeholders, and ensure smooth service delivery. Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations for the Mumbai support team, ensuring smooth workflow across rostering, HR support, admin, documentation, and reporting. Coordinate closely with the Australian management team regarding client needs, staff scheduling, compliance requirements, and operational updates. Create, optimise, and monitor internal processes (SOPs), ensuring accuracy, timely execution, and high-quality service delivery. Supervise and support the Mumbai team members, manage performance, assign tasks, and ensure KPIs are met. Handle communication with Australian support workers, clients, and partner agencies as required. Oversee NDIS-related documentation, compliance tracking, timesheet verification, and reporting. Identify operational gaps and implement improvements for efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness. Manage recruitment coordination for Indian team roles shortlisting, onboarding, and training assistance. Prepare weekly/monthly operational dashboards and reports for management review. Ensure confidentiality, data security, and adherence to Australian NDIS standards in all operations. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or related field. 5–10 years of experience in operations management, team handling, or service delivery management (BPO/Healthcare background preferred). Strong communication skills (written and verbal) to coordinate with Australian stakeholders. Excellent organisational and leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and meet deadlines. Experience in process optimisation, documentation, SOP development, and performance management. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM tools, rostering or scheduling tools (preferred).
