We're looking for an Operations Executive (male candidates only) to join our Operations team and support our growth. Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced and result driven Operations Executive to manage and coordinate the daily logistics and transportation operations of container movement. The role demands strong organizational skills, quick decision-making, and effective communication to ensure smooth, efficient, and timely transport operations. Job Description: · Maintain Daily Trip Sheet Master Data · Prepare / Collect and submit paper works, POD or Delivery challan etc · Prepare - Eway bills/ Form 13 · Prepare Trips scheduling & route planning and driver & vehicle allocation per planning · Interface between client, driver and customer throughout the trip · Manage Driver/Vehicle Change · Maintain organized records of vehicle, schedules and completed orders · Plan AdBlue consumption and co-ordinate with the supplier. Track & approve AdBlue usage. · Track trip and delays · Track and co-ordinate yard movements · Collect Operational Expenses Bills · Manage Tyres, Services, Repairs & Maintenance, Fitness, Vehicle Pollution etc with Drivers and service providers · Co-ordinate Insurance, GPS, RTO etc · Liaison with accounts for billing, renewals, driver advance payments and additional charges · Track pre-trip vehicle inspection by Drivers & approve related charges quoted by Service Providers · Track container condition and damage and co-ordinate with port/client in case of container damage & prepare related paper work – EIR Updation · Handle emergencies, breakdowns, and delays proactively. · Handle accident inspection and issue resolution. Qualifications: Higher Secondary Education is a minimum requirement. Driving License + own 2-Wheeler is a must. Years of experience in this industry or related field is a plus. Strong analytical, communication both verbal & written and interpersonal skills Proficient in MS office, GPS Tracking Tools and ERP systems or Logistics software. Familiarity with port operations and shipping documentation (e.g., EIR, gate pass) is a plus.
