The person should have experience in running *Pultrusion machines* or other machines used for making GFRP products. Preferred candidate profile Run and manage pultrusion or GFRP machines safely and correctly * Check that the machine is working properly and do basic cleaning and maintenance * Make sure resin, fibers, and heat settings are correct during production * Report any problems to the supervisor quickly * Follow all safety rules while working * Help in keeping production and raw material records *Who Can Apply:* * Must have at least 25 years of experience working on pultrusion or GFRP machines * ITI or diploma holders preferred, but not compulsory if experienced * Should know how to handle small machine issues * Must be ready to work in shifts * Should be physically fit and ready to work on the factory floor

Digital Marketing Strategy & Campaigns • Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns across Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp. • Manage lead generation campaigns targeting consultants, developers, and contractors in infrastructure and construction. • Optimize campaign performance using analytics-driven insights. 2. Website & SEO Oversight • Manage website content and performance in coordination with development teams. • Conduct keyword research, improve search rankings, and ensure SEO best practices. • Track visitor behavior, conversions, and bounce rates through analytics tools. 3. Content Creation & Design • Design visually appealing content including banners, reels, posts, brochures, infographics, and pitch decks. • Create sector-specific visuals for GFRP applications in flooring, marine, precast, and highways. • Proficiency in Photoshop is a must, along with hands-on experience using Canva, CorelDRAW, Illustrator, or Figma. 4. AI-Enabled Marketing • Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Surfer SEO, Canva AI, etc.) for content writing, automation, and keyword generation. • Explore and implement AI-based tools to improve team productivity and marketing ROI. 5. Social Media Management • Run daily operations across LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube channels. • Manage a content calendar aligned with brand goals and product promotions. • Monitor engagement, respond to inquiries, and build online brand presence. 6. Reporting & Analysis • Generate weekly/monthly reports to measure campaign effectiveness. • Analyze digital funnel metrics and make data-backed recommendations. • Track SEO performance, social engagement, and advertising ROI. The candidate must have hands-on experience in working with PLC-based systems and industrial electrical maintenance. Preferred candidate profile Key Responsibilities: • Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in pultrusion and related production machinery. • Operate and troubleshoot PLC-based control systems. • Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimize downtime. • Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and maintain proper documentation. • Coordinate with the production team for smooth and uninterrupted operations. Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing setup (FRP/GFRP or plastic-based industry preferred) • Strong working knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, relays, control panels, and industrial wiring • Ability to work independently and handle electrical issues in real-time • Willingness to work in shifts, if required
