With 15-20 years of post-qualification experience in managing taxation, including at least 5 years at a corporate level overseeing strategic taxation, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing the Group's overall tax strategy encompassing both direct and indirect taxation. Your qualifications should include CA/CPA or equivalent, with an MBA considered as an added advantage. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing the Group's overall tax strategy, encompassing both direct and indirect taxation. - Demonstrating very strong working experience with Indian tax law, international taxation, and a good understanding of large family business dynamics. - Supporting fundraising activities, cross-border transactions, and succession/wealth transfer planning, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.
