Post - Mechanic cum Auto Electrician Reporting to - Workshop Supervisor Qualification - ITI / Diesel Mechanic General job description Mechanic specialized in repair, inspection and maintenance of vehicles and machinery (Diesel Compressors, diesel generators, painting and blasting equipment etc.). Auto electrician specialized in installing and maintaining electrical systems contained in automotive vehicles and machinery, Painting and blasting equipment's. To comply with QHSE policies and procedures Roles & Responsibilities : Provide maintenance and repairs on vehicles and machinery (diesel compressed air systems, diesel generators etc.). Perform diagnostics and determine causes for malfunctions on defective vehicles and machinery system. Assemble mechanical components according specifications. Document service and installation activities by completing job card for each job. Closely follow instructions from direct supervisor. Read technical diagrams and blue prints. Diagnose problems with the electronic components in vehicles and machinery. Maintain and repair electronic vehicles and machinery components. Repairing and replacing faulty wiring or electrical systems. Using electrical diagrams to help find faults. Carrying out repairs or replacing parts. Maintaining a clean working environment. Keep workplace clean in accordance housekeeping standards. Carry out other activities as instructed by the direct supervisor. Shall understand and follow Company and Client HSE policies and procedures. Capable of reading technical drawings Authorities & Accountabilities : Communicate effectively with colleagues for a good working environment. Interact with supervisor or superior. Must have minimum 5 years of experience as mechanic. Good knowledge in the repair and maintenance of vehicles and machinery (diesel compressed air systems, diesel generators , painting & blasting equipment etc.). Communication skills in English will be and added advantage. Knowledge of electrical building maintenance will be an added advantage. Through knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations. Communication skills in English will be an added advantage. Must have minimum 5 years of experience as Auto Electrician. Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability Strong attention to detail with an aptitude for problem-solving. Ability to follow established procedure and practices and read instructions. Salary - AED 3000 AED 4000 ( INR 69,904 ) - ( INR 93,206 ) Other Benefits Flight ticket : Provided by company Food & Accommodation : Provided by company. Medical Insurance : Provided by company.
