Job Title: Production Engineer Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Industry: Cable Manufacturing Salary: AED 6,000 per month Benefits: Food, Accommodation, and Transportation provided by the company Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified and experienced Production Engineer to join our cable manufacturing operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing production processes, ensuring product quality, optimizing manufacturing operations, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced industrial environment. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily production activities in the cable manufacturing facility. Monitor and control manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient production output. Maintain strict adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and company policies. Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate with the maintenance team for repairs and preventive maintenance. Analyze production data and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Identify areas for process improvement to enhance productivity and reduce waste. Coordinate with the quality assurance team to ensure finished products meet specifications. Assist in implementing lean manufacturing practices and cost-saving initiatives. Train and support shop floor staff on production procedures and safety practices. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Minimum 2-4 years of experience in cable or wire manufacturing industry preferred. Strong knowledge of cable production processes, machines, and materials. Familiar with ISO standards and quality control methodologies. Proficient in MS Office and production management software (ERP systems preferred). Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
