The Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, gather and document requirements, and analyze business processes to propose effective solutions. Responsibilities include communicating findings to stakeholders, creating reports, and supporting teams in defining objectives and aligning them with business goals. The role requires effective teamwork and problem-solving to enhance organizational functionality and efficiency. Qualifications Proficiency in Business Analysis and Business Requirements development Strong skills in analyzing and optimizing Business Processes Excellent Analytical Skills to solve problems and interpret complex data Exceptional Communication skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder management Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Familiarity with project management methodologies is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field Professional certification in Business Analysis (e.g., ECBA, CCBA, CBAP) is advantageous
