Responsibilities
Prepare 3D models, renders, and walkthroughs from architectural drawings
Produce realistic interiors and exteriors
Apply accurate materials, lighting, and landscaping
Coordinate with architects for revisions and final outputs
Requirements
Proficiency in SketchUp / 3ds Max / Blender
Experience with V-Ray / Lumion / Enscape / Corona
Good sense of lighting, materials, and realism
Working knowledge of Photoshop
Portfolio is mandatory
