The position available is for a full-time hybrid role as a 3D Visualizer located in Malappuram, with the option for some work from home. As a 3D Visualizer, your main responsibility will be to create high-quality 3D visualizations, models, and renders of architectural designs. This role involves working closely with design teams to grasp project requirements, develop visual concepts, and produce final visual outputs. It is also essential to ensure that all visual deliverables align with project specifications and deadlines, while staying abreast of the latest industry trends and software advancements. To excel in this role, you must possess proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, and Lumion. Experience with visualization tools like SketchUp and Lumion is highly desirable. A solid grasp of architectural design principles and the ability to convey visual narratives effectively are key requirements. Moreover, excellent communication skills, teamwork abilities, attention to detail, and a keen aesthetic sense are crucial for success in this position. The role also demands effective project management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Previous experience in the real estate or construction industry would be an advantage.,
