Role Overview: You will be joining as a 3D Visualization Specialist with expertise in Sketchup, 3D-Max, or AutoCAD. Your main responsibility will be to create detailed 3D models, textures, and renderings to bring design concepts to life. You will work closely with designers and architects to develop immersive walkthroughs and animations, delivering professional-grade visualizations. Additionally, you will engage with clients to explain visualized designs and effectively pitch project concepts. Key Responsibilities: - Create detailed 3D models, textures, and renderings. - Develop immersive walkthroughs and animations. - Collaborate with designers and architects to translate ideas into visually compelling presentations. - Deliver professional-grade visualizations. - Engage with clients to explain visualized designs and pitch project concepts effectively. Qualification Required: - Fresher or 1-2 years of experience in Residential, Commercial, Industrial Design. - Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Animation, or related fields. - Additional skills in Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus. - Strong portfolio showcasing photorealistic renders. - Understanding of architectural and interior design principles. - Strong communication and marketing skills for client presentations. - Ability to resolve technical challenges related to 3D modeling and rendering. - Strong problem-solving skills.,
