3D VISUALIZER & INTERIOR DESIGNER

We are seeking a highly creative and skilled 3D Visualizer cum Interior Designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of interior design expertise and exceptional 3D visualization skills. This dual role requires the ability to conceptualize innovative interior and exterior designs and bring them to life through photorealistic renderings and detailed presentations. You will be responsible for transforming client briefs and design concepts into stunning visual and technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

3D Visualization & Design Presentation:

• Produce high-quality, photorealistic 3D renderings and walkthroughs for both Interior and Exterior architectural and design projects.
• Accurately translate 2D drawings, sketches, and design concepts into detailed 3D models and visually compelling presentations.
• Apply appropriate lighting, textures, materials, and environmental effects to enhance the realism of the visuals.
• Manage the 3D rendering pipeline from modeling to post-production using required software.

Interior Design & Documentation:

• Develop complete interior design concepts, space planning, furniture layouts, and material/finish selections that align with client requirements and project budgets.
• Create comprehensive sets of technical drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailing for construction and execution purposes (shop drawings).
• Collaborate with the design team and clients to refine designs, incorporating feedback while maintaining design integrity.
• Prepare design documentation such as mood boards, material specifications, and furniture schedules.

Project & Technical Skills:

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in interior design, 3D visualization, and relevant software technologies.
• Ensure all visuals and designs adhere to project specifications, industry standards, and local regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Proficiency (MANDATORY):

• 3D Modeling & Rendering: High proficiency in 3ds Max (including V-Ray/Corona or similar rendering engines).
• Software Expertise: Strong command of AutoCAD (2D/3D), SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign).
• Additional Software Requirement: Must possess knowledge of Laravel
• Modeling/Drafting: Excellent skills in 3D modeling of custom furniture and architectural elements.

Design and General Skills:

• Proven ability to design for both Interior and Exterior spaces.
• 1 or 2 year of experience required.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of interior design projects and high-quality 3D visualizations.
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Excellent aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and a creative, innovative mindset.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design ideas to clients and the team.
