You will be responsible for creating high-quality interior renders using Enscape for marketing, store planning, and inspiration galleries. Your role will involve designing and visualizing creative boards to help clients envision tiles, laminates, wall panels, and more in real spaces. Additionally, you will be tasked with planning and designing store layouts, including sectional views, facade elevations, and in-store experience zones. Collaborating with product and visual merchandising teams to translate material collections into immersive environments will be a crucial part of your job. It is essential to maintain high standards in lighting, scale, finishes, and realism in all renders and visualizations. Staying updated with interior trends, particularly those related to material usage and experiential design, is also expected. To qualify for this role, you should hold a degree in architecture or interior design. A minimum of 12 years of experience in 3D visualization or completion of an internship in a similar domain is required. Proficiency in Enscape and SketchUp is essential, while knowledge of Revit or 3ds Max is considered a plus. An excellent understanding of material textures, spatial planning, facade detailing, and visual aesthetics is necessary. It would be advantageous if you are familiar with how interior materials behave and reflect in different environments. Presenting a compelling portfolio that demonstrates both interior design sensibility and rendering quality is highly encouraged.
