As a 3D Visualizer / Architectural Designer at our company in Cochin, Kerala, you will play a crucial role in creating high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings for architectural and interior projects. Your technical expertise in 3D visualization, along with a strong creative vision and an eye for architectural detailing, will be essential for interpreting project concepts and bringing them to life. - Create high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings using Autodesk 3ds Max, Chaos Corona Render, SketchUp, and AutoCAD. - Develop photo-realistic images and walkthrough animations to meet client expectations in terms of lighting, textures, materials, and finishes. - Collaborate closely with architects and designers to ensure the accurate interpretation of project concepts. - Optimize 3D models for real-time rendering and performance efficiency without compromising quality. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques in 3D visualization. Qualifications: - Education: BE/BTech/Diploma in Multimedia or a related field. - Software Expertise: Autodesk 3ds Max, Chaos Corona Render, SketchUp, AutoCAD. - Experience: 1-3 years of hands-on experience in 3D visualization projects. - Strong knowledge of materials, textures, lighting, and rendering techniques. - Ability to interpret architectural drawings, sketches, and concepts into detailed 3D renderings. - Good understanding of composition, aesthetics, and realistic rendering.
