The key responsibilities is to collaborate with the clients to visualise and develop purposeful design concepts. Roles & Responsibilities: In-Depth understanding of clients vision for their home. Think through various concept plans to meet requirements and fulfilment of purposeful designs. Translate the concepts in 2D, 3D Sketches, rendering views and presenting it to the client. Communicate effectively and consultatively with clients on design and costs impact. Preparation of Technical Drawings/ Good for Construction Drawings. Providing guidance to subcontractors like builders, plumbers, and electricians, and helping them interpret design specifications. To visit sites and ensure that the work is being done as per drawings. Maintain up datedness on new softwares and skills. Coordinating with team and Site Engineer Co-ordinate between verticals in regards to project related information and project progress updates. Responsible for continuous monitoring and updating of the Key Inputs of the Project on a regular basis and preparation of monthly, weekly and daily task schedule / tracker and variance reports on all of the Key Inputs and follow up with the corresponding internal stakeholders on reasons for variance in their respective activities / deliverables. Maintain industry knowledge to stay relevant Preferred Skills Proven working experience in Residential villa designs.
