Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative 3D Artist to join our creative team. The successful candidate will possess a solid foundation in 3D modeling, shading,texturing, lighting, and basic animation. This role demands an individual capable of creating photo-realistic assets and environments. A keen eye for detail and a passion for pushing the boundaries of 3D technology are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• 3D Modeling: Develop high-quality 3D models and environments for a variety of applications, including product renderings, video productions, interactive web 3D content, and architectural visualizations.
• Shading & Texturing: Masterfully apply textures and materials to 3D models, optimizing them for real-time rendering while maintaining the highest level of detail. Proficiency with Physically-Based Rendering (PBR) workflows is essential.
• Animation & Rigging: Design and implement rigs for objects, characters, and environments. Animate these assets to make them dynamic.
• Simulation: Employ physics-based simulations and particle systems within 3D software to craft compelling and professional scenes.
• Lighting: Configure lighting setups in 3D scenes to achieve desired moods and effects.
• Rendering: Execute rendering processes to produce photorealistic images and animations. Familiarity with multiple rendering engines is highly desirable.
• Software Proficiency: Demonstrate advanced skills in leading 3D software including 

  Blender (mandatory)

  , Autodesk Maya, 3ds Max, Rhinoceros 3D, Unreal Engine, Cinema 4D, and ZBrush.
• Sculpting: Possess a fundamental understanding of sculpting techniques for both objects and organic shapes.

Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 2 to 4 years of professional experience in 3D modeling, particularly using 

  Blender, 3ds Max, Maya, and other relevant tools.

• Education: A certificate, associate's degree, or bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, 3D, Animation, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Advanced expertise in 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering. Familiarity with geometry nodes. 

  Basic proficiency in video editing tools such as Davinci Resolve and Adobe After Effects.

• Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing a range of completed projects and an ability to handle diverse artistic challenges.
• Creativity and Artistic Skill: Exceptional creative vision and keen artistic sensibilities.
• Continuous Learning: A commitment to continuously learning and upgrading skills to stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology.
