3D Designer Residential

As a 3D Designer specializing in residential projects at Sheeraj Projects Pvt. Ltd., your role involves creating 2D layouts and 3D elevations using AutoCAD. You will be responsible for interpreting architectural drawings, assisting in material selection, and collaborating with various team members to ensure project accuracy and design alignment. Key Responsibilities: - Create 2D layouts & 3D elevations in AutoCAD for residential interiors - Interpret architectural drawings and convert them into visual plans - Assist in material selection and design detailing based on specifications - Ensure accuracy in drawings and alignment with project design themes - Collaborate with architects, site engineers, and project managers - Maintain project documentation and drawing records Qualifications & Experience: - Diploma or BA in Interior Design or Architecture - 12 years of professional experience in the interior/architecture industry - Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, basic 3D tools & architectural sectioning - Good eye for aesthetics, color, and material coordination Please note that this is a full-time position with benefits such as a flexible schedule, Provident Fund, and a performance bonus. The work location is in person at the Head Office in Gurugram, Haryana.
