3D Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design creative, functional, and visually stunning 3D models of exhibition booths, stalls, and display structures for trade shows and events.
• Collaborate with clients, event managers, and internal teams to understand the brands objectives, booth requirements, spatial constraints, and target audience for each project.
• Develop and present detailed 3D renderings, visualizations, Production drawings and virtual walkthroughs that accurately represent booth designs and layouts for client review and approval.
• Coordinate with the production and construction teams to ensure that designs are feasible, structurally sound, and meet event specifications.
• Ensure that the booth designs are adaptable to different venue sizes, allowing for customization based on specific event spaces.
• Integrate digital elements (e.g., screens, lighting, interactive technology) into the booth design to enhance the attendee experience.
• Prepare final design files, including 3D models, technical drawings, and renderings, for production and on-site implementation.
• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies relevant to exhibition and booth design.
• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines, ensuring high-quality designs are delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in 3D Design or 3D Design Diploma.
• Proven experience

  (5+ years)

  as a 3D Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing exhibition booth/stall designs and trade show installations.
• Advanced proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software, such as Autodesk 3ds Max, or similar tools.
• Experience with rendering software (V-Ray, etc.) to create photorealistic visuals and animations.
• Understanding of space planning, traffic flow, and the principles of exhibition design (e.g., sightlines, accessibility, audience engagement).
• Familiarity with the materials and technical aspects of booth construction, including lighting, digital screens, and other interactive elements.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards, event logistics, and safety regulations related to exhibition booth design.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including production and installation teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD) for creating technical drawings and plans.
• Strong knowledge of production processes with the ability to support onsite execution during installation.

• Experience designing exhibition booths or displays for specific industries such as tech, retail, automotive, or consumer goods.
