Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and meticulous 3D Visualiser with a keen eye for design and a background in corporate interiors. The ideal candidate will be adept at transforming concepts, drawings, and mood boards into captivating 3D renders and walkthroughs that effectively convey the design vision to clients and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: - Develop high-quality 3D visualizations for corporate office interiors based on design briefs. - Create photo-realistic renderings and walkthroughs for presentations and client approvals. - Interpret architectural and interior design drawings, including CAD layouts, sections, and elevations. - Work closely with interior designers, architects, and project managers to grasp design objectives. - Swiftly and efficiently incorporate feedback and design updates into visuals. - Keep abreast of the latest visualization tools, techniques, and industry trends. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. - At least 3 years of experience as a 3D Visualiser in the interior design industry, with a focus on corporate/commercial projects. - Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, AutoCAD, and Adobe Photoshop. - Solid grasp of lighting, materials, textures, and composition. - Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines. - Capable of managing multiple projects concurrently. Nice to Have: - Experience in animation/video rendering for walkthroughs. - Familiarity with corporate branding and workplace ergonomics.
