3D Artist

As a 3D Modeler and Animator at our company, you will be responsible for creating realistic 3D environments, machinery, human characters, and workplace scenarios in Blender. Your primary tasks will involve animating complex industrial and safety processes with high clarity and accuracy. You will collaborate closely with animators, clients, and safety consultants to effectively communicate through visuals. Regular meetings will be conducted to understand project briefs and updates. It is essential to have experience collaborating with engineering teams or using technical drawings for modeling to ensure scenes are optimized for rendering, clarity, and client needs. We are looking for individuals with a strong command over Blender, including modeling, shading, lighting, and scene setup. A keen eye for detail in replicating industrial machines, factory setups, and technical mechanisms is crucial. Understanding rigging, animation, and rendering will be advantageous, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced production environment is highly valued. Having previous experience in 3D safety, industrial, or technical animation projects is a bonus. Familiarity with basic VFX or compositing workflows is an additional advantage. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule and performance bonus. As part of the application process, you will be asked questions related to creating 3D models of machines or technical setups, willingness to relocate to Vadodara, interest in working on safety and industrial animation projects, and comfort with a salary range of 20,000 - 30,000/month.
