Your role will involve handling 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering to translate architectural drawings and sketches into visually stunning representations. Collaboration with designers and architects is key to bringing visions to life while staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in 3D visualization. The ability to manage multiple projects efficiently under tight deadlines is essential. The ideal candidate for this position should have 3-5 years of experience in 3D visualization, rendering, and interior design visualization. Technical prowess in lighting, materials, textures, and composition for photorealistic renders is required. Proficiency in tools such as 3ds Max, D5, V-Ray, and Corona Renderer is necessary, while familiarity with AI-assisted rendering tools or procedural modeling is a plus. Experience in creating Architecture walkthroughs, 360-degree renders, or animations, along with knowledge of architecture and interior design trends, is beneficial.
