Job Summary

We are looking for an organized and customer-focused Logistics & Customer Service Coordinator to manage shipment coordination, factory dispatch schedules, freight forwarder communication, and customer order tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for freight forwarders and third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipment arrangements and dispatch schedules.
• Track shipments and provide timely status updates to customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate with the factory, warehouse, sales, and documentation teams to ensure on-time dispatches.
• Manage customer order tracking, delivery schedules, and shipment-related inquiries.
• Follow up with transporters, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and logistics partners.
• Resolve shipment delays, delivery issues, and customer complaints promptly.
• Maintain shipment records, dispatch reports, and logistics-related documentation.
• Ensure smooth coordination between order confirmation, dispatch, and final delivery.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field.
• Experience in logistics coordination, dispatch, customer service, or supply chain operations preferred.
• Good coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, email, and order tracking systems.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities efficiently.

Preferred Experience: 1–3 years in logistics, dispatch, supply chain, or customer service coordination.
