Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Create high-quality, photorealistic 3D models of residential and commercial real estate projects from architectural plans, CAD files, and sketches. Design and render virtual walkthroughs, flythroughs, and 360-degree tours for client presentations, marketing, and sales. Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and the marketing team to ensure accurate and aesthetic representation of properties. Incorporate lighting, textures, landscaping, and furnishings to enhance realism in 3D environments. Optimize 3D scenes for web, mobile, and otherplatforms when needed. Revise renders based on feedback to achieve the desired output within project deadlines. Maintain an organized library of 3D assets and project files. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven 3-4 years of min experience as a 3D Artist or similar role in the real estate, architecture, or design industry.
