2d animator

As a 2D Animation Intern at Jumo, you will be responsible for creating end-to-end 2D animations for characters, UI, social content, and brand campaigns. You will define and maintain Jumo's motion style across all animated content. Additionally, you will prepare, clean, and organize assets using Photoshop/Illustrator, animate in After Effects, Spine, or Toon Boom, and deliver final export-ready files. You will also manage project files, timelines, and workflow independently while contributing ideas, exploring new styles, and pushing the brand's creative expression. Key Responsibilities: - Create end-to-end 2D animations for characters, UI, social content, and brand campaigns. - Define and maintain Jumo's motion style across all animated content. - Prepare, clean, and organize assets using Photoshop/Illustrator. - Animate in After Effects, Spine, or Toon Boom and deliver final export-ready files. - Manage project files, timelines, and workflow independently. - Contribute ideas, explore new styles, and push the brand's creative expression. Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding of animation fundamentals: timing, spacing, squash/stretch, appeal. - Hands-on familiarity with After Effects, Adobe Animate, Spine, or Toon Boom Harmony. - Working proficiency in Photoshop/Illustrator for asset preparation. - A portfolio or reel demonstrating complete 2D animation pieces. - Ability to take ownership, self-manage, and work independently. - Curiosity, creative initiative, and willingness to learn quickly. - Bonus: exposure to Unity or other interactive mediums.
