Job title: Creative Director Experience: 7- 12 years (Advertising, Marketing, or Creative Industry) Role overview: The Creative Director Art will lead the creative vision, visual identity, and execution across all brand, marketing, and communication initiatives. This role demands a strong creative leader with deep craft excellence in design and storytelling, someone who can translate business objectives into visually powerful creative ideas that build brands, drive engagement, and deliver measurable business outcomes. This role requires hands-on creative direction, team mentorship, and the ability to navigate complex projects across digital, ATL, BTL, social, digital, and emerging platforms. Key responsibilities: Creative & strategic leadership Own the end-to-end creative process - from insight mining and conceptualization to final execution. Translate business and marketing objectives into distinctive brand narratives and visual storytelling. Maintain high creative standards and ensure a consistent brand tone, design language, and visual identity across all touchpoints. Campaign development & execution Lead the conceptualisation and execution of integrated brand campaigns across Print, Outdoor, Retail, Digital & Social, Film / DVCs / Content, Experiential & Activation. Oversee video edits, motion graphics, post-production, and film production, working closely with editors, animators, and production partners. Art & design leadership Provide strong design direction on visual craft, typography, layouts, photography style, film treatment, colour theory, and overall art aesthetics. Drive innovation in visual design, exploring new trends, formats, and creative technologies (AI-assisted tools, generative design, etc). Collaboration & project management Partner closely with Strategy, Client Servicing, Production, and Media teams to ensure creative alignment with brand goals. Manage multiple projects, timelines, and dependencies while ensuring output quality and timely delivery. Review and approve creative assets; provide structured and actionable feedback. Leadership & team development Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team — art directors, designers, animators, motion editors, and visualizers. Foster a culture of collaboration, experimentation, and continuous improvement. Advocate for the creative team, ensuring they have the clarity, guidance, and resources to produce their best work. Client & business orientation Present creative strategies and concepts to internal stakeholders and clients with clarity and conviction. Demonstrate strong business understanding and ensure creative solutions drive brand preference, conversion, and business impact. Ensure creative deliverables stay within budget and production costs. Strong strategic and conceptual thinking with exceptional visual problem-solving ability. Outstanding aesthetic sense and craft mastery - design, typography, layouts, and visual storytelling. Deep understanding of digital ecosystems, social-first content, and platform-native creative thinking. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere/After Effects) and Figma or similar tools. Ability to lead film direction: supervising the production process, video edits, motion/post-production, and final output. Excellent client communication, presentation, and persuasion skills. Ability to manage pressure, tight deadlines, and multiple stakeholders with ease. Educational qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Fine Arts, Advertising, Design, Mass Communication, or a related field. Preferred industry background: Advertising agencies
