Job Summary The Creative Executive will be responsible for ideating, developing, and curating compelling content for films and other audiovisual projects. This role involves working closely with writers, directors, producers, and other creative professionals to ensure that the creative vision aligns with the company’s goals and market trends. Key Responsibilities 1. Content Development & Ideation Identify and evaluate new concepts, stories, scripts, and formats for films/OTT projects. Source and maintain relationships with writers, directors, and other creative talent. Prepare creative briefs, story bibles, and pitch decks for internal and external stakeholders. 2. Script & Project Evaluation Review and assess screenplays, treatments, and synopses for creative viability. Provide detailed feedback and suggest rewrites or changes to improve narrative quality. 3. Research & Market Analysis Track industry trends, audience preferences, and competitive content to inform development strategies. Conduct research to support creative pitches and new concepts. 4. Collaboration Liaise with production, marketing, and business development teams to ensure alignment between creative vision and commercial objectives. Work closely with directors and producers during pre-production to maintain story integrity. 5. Project Management Maintain a development slate with timelines, budgets, and key deliverables. Ensure timely execution of creative milestones from concept to final greenlight. Key Skills & Competencies Strong storytelling and script analysis skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Deep understanding of film production processes and audience trends. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong networking and relationship-building skills in the entertainment industry. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and presentation tools (Keynote, PowerPoint). Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Film Studies, Mass Communication, Media, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in content development, creative strategy, or similar roles in a production house, OTT platform, or media company. Position Title: Gaffer / Chief Lighting Technician Department: Cinematography / Lighting Reports To: Director of Photography (DoP) / Cinematographer Location: Goregaon west Key Responsibilities: Interpret the Director of Photography’s lighting design and translate it into practical lighting setups on set Plan and execute lighting schemes for different scenes, locations, and times of day Manage and supervise the lighting crew, including Best Boy and Lighting Technicians Select, place, adjust, and maintain lighting instruments (LEDs, HMIs, Tungsten, practicals, etc.) Ensure proper power distribution, load calculations, and safe cabling on set Coordinate with the Grip department to position stands, rigging, and modifiers Monitor lighting continuity throughout shooting Troubleshoot electrical or lighting issues quickly and safely Ensure all lighting equipment is maintained and properly packed/unpacked Follow all set safety procedures and ensure crew compliance Manage the lighting budget efficiently to avoid wastage or shortages Preferred Experience: 3 years of experience in professional film/ production House (e.g. Red Chillies, Yash Raj Films (YRF), Dharma Productions, Maddock Films Prior experience as Best Boy or Senior Lighting Technician Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
