Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Policy Analyst located in Bengaluru, with some work from home being acceptable. The Policy Analyst will be responsible for developing and researching policies, conducting policy analysis, maintaining relationship with thought leaders and providing recommendations. The role will also involve gathering data, analyzing statistical information, and preparing detailed reports and presentations ( skills and jobs focus). Role Description We are looking for a highly creative Video Editor with strong graphic design skills to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial to bringing our stories to life, creating compelling short form and long form content that inspires and engages diverse audiences. Success in this position means delivering visually captivating edits and designs that align with our brand’s vision, while thinking outside the box to elevate our message. Responsibilities Edit raw video footage into engaging, high-quality content for multiple platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). Design and integrate creative graphics, illustrations, and motion elements that enhance video storytelling. Collaborate with the content and communications team to brainstorm and execute fresh, innovative concepts. Maintain brand consistency while experimenting with new styles and creative approaches. Ensure timely delivery of projects while upholding high-quality standards. Stay up to date with editing trends, social media content styles and trends, and new Adobe features. Qualifications Strong creative portfolio/showreel, demonstrating both video editing and graphic design skills (submission required). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.). 1+ years of experience in video editing and design (agency, startup, or social media-focused work preferred).
