Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Gurugram. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs, and ensuring the successful placement of staff. Daily tasks include client consultations, coordinating with recruitment teams, managing client accounts, and resolving any issues that arise. The Relationship Manager will also be responsible for following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills Experience in client relationship management and customer service Ability to understand and meet client staffing needs Excellent organizational and time management skills Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities Proficiency in using technology for managing client accounts and processes Prior experience in the recruitment or staffing industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
