Radiant Engineering & Services a 𝗗𝗲𝗵𝘂 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆 is looking for a 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 with experience in the Boiler & Power Plant industry to drive B2B sales and business growth.

📍 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: PCMC

💼 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: 3–7 Year

💰 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘆: Depending on Interview & Experience

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

- Generate new B2B leads and business opportunities.

- Develop relationships with industrial clients, EPCs, consultants and end users.

- Handle client meetings, site visits, quotations and follow-ups.

- Promote Boiler O&M, AMC, commissioning, troubleshooting and related services.

- Coordinate with technical teams to understand and fulfill customer requirements.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

- 3–7 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Marketing.

- Prior experience in the Boiler / Power Plant industry is preferred.

- Good knowledge of boilers and related industrial services.

- Strong communication, negotiation and client-handling skills.
