The Kitchen Team Member will be responsible for food preparation and cooking tasks to maintain high standards of quality and taste. The role will involve ensuring cleanliness, following hygiene protocols, and assisting in maintaining the overall organization of the kitchen. The candidate will also support customer service efforts by presenting a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with customers as needed. Qualifications Skills in Food Preparation and Cooking to handle various kitchen tasks efficiently Knowledge of Hygiene best practices and compliance with food safety regulations Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to provide excellent guest experiences Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced kitchen environment Prior experience in a similar role or in the hospitality industry is advantageous
