Huge fraud from Nitin P and his team. Took money for a year, shut services down, even zepo website down. No response linkedin, gmail, whatsapp, calls nothing. Didnt even give opp to migrate data to wordpress, shopify etc. Beyond shocked!

Our company uses ZEPO courers for it's e-commerce platform.The shipments are delivered on time and they provide super supportive customer service.Also,the customer service team knows how to escalate the issues and get them resolved o time.

We are using zepo couriers and its very user friendly also, we have integrated the wordpress plugin from where we can schedule a shipment from our wordpress panel. Also, the support from the zepo team was on time and helped us with the issues that we were facing :)

A company known to fleece you and hijack your website! Hold it for ransom till you pay up renewal even though they are still under contract! What a rubbish management team who hangs up on u! Shame on Mr. Nitin , who apparently fails to pick up calls and take responsibility for his team!

They handled my account for 11 months out of a 12 month contract! They lost our couriers and are absolutely inept ! Please do not go to them ever! The staff has no sense of respect for the clients and they are extremely unprofessional! The kind of nonsense i have put up with is unfathomable! Extremely disappointed!
