We have been using zepo's service for past 3 months and found to be worst service we have ever used. The customer support is worst of all the experiences. The deliveries are late with damaged product. When we raised the insurance claims all were rejected till date giving reason - "rejected by courier company".

Worst Experience. Very Unprofessional Working Staff. They Do not Reply to Your emails. For every query only we need to take fallow-up. I think they work for once in a month and other days they just sleep. They use your COD money for Months and Months and Never reply you. Zepo is now being like a big Scam.
