Job Role: SEO and Google Ads Specialist Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and performance-driven SEO and Google Ads Specialist to manage our search engine optimization and paid advertising efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maximizing ROI through organic search and paid campaigns, improving website visibility, and increasing traffic and conversions. Key Responsibilities: SEO Responsibilities: Perform in-depth keyword research and SEO audits. Optimize website content, structure, and technical elements for search engine visibility. Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies. Conduct competitor analysis and identify growth opportunities. Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs. Google Ads Responsibilities: Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, etc.). Perform A/B testing for ad creatives and landing pages. Monitor campaign performance and optimize for cost-effectiveness and conversions. Track KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversion rate, and prepare detailed performance reports. Collaborate with the content and design teams to create ad copy and visuals. Requirements: Proven experience in SEO and Google Ads management. Strong understanding of Google Ads platform and keyword bidding strategies. Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz) and Google tools (Google Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio). Basic knowledge of HTML, WordPress, and landing page optimization. Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail. Excellent communication and project management skills. Ensure all designs and videos are aligned with brand guidelines and deliver consistent quality. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Stay updated with the latest design trends, editing tools, and industry best practices. Requirements Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer and/or Video Editor (portfolio required).
