Looting people by unfair means in the name of gameplay or luck. They just want you to buy and to make you buy they must take your profits away by any means needed so you can buy more and more.

Terrible support, don't helping in problem with progress in games (lost progress), promising to do something but nothing, 2 weeks waiting for results, don't want resolve the problem but I payed real money for game. …
