We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Solar Sales Executive to promote and sell solar power solutions including rooftop solar systems, ground-mounted solar plants, and government subsidy-based projects. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and coordinating with technical and project teams to ensure successful execution. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities for solar power projects Promote rooftop solar, solar power plants, and government schemes (KUSUM, PM Surya Ghar, etc.) Conduct site visits and preliminary feasibility assessments Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and ROI calculations to customers Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Coordinate with EPC, engineering, and operations teams for project execution Maintain customer relationships and ensure post-sales satisfaction Handle documentation related to subsidies, bank loans, and approvals Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in any discipline (Engineering preferred) 1–3 years of experience in solar or renewable energy sales (Freshers may apply) Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Knowledge of solar PV systems, net metering, and subsidy processes Ability to work independently and meet targets Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic CRM tools Preferred Requirements Experience in EPC-based solar projects Knowledge of DISCOM processes and bank loan documentation Two-wheeler with valid driving license
