Too Slow To provide New Connection. On the 21st of June start process for the new connections but till date 6th of July no complete done yet hence, they did cabling progress before 3 days but still, no one is giving me a proper answer for the complete all progress.

no service at all. Absolutely Zero in customer service. Switch to another service provider if you are thinking of buying You broadband plan. Office place is good. But customer care over there dont take any responsibility

I had availed Wifi. Since the time the service has begun, I have called them almost thrice in a week to complain about the wifi connectivity. The customer care executive assure that they will assist however nothing helps. Extremely disheartened with their connectivity and careless approach.
