Called customer care and they said that technician will come the day after that but no one came. We again called and they are still saying that they will come tomorrow if technician is available

Worst customer service. They giving you a false statements. We provide you 1 month extraa in our plan and there company denied that. Sales person alfaz block my number. After 4 months they give refund of my router. If any option in Google then I give this company zero.

Worst internet service provider in surat. Dont fall for their cheap prices. They dont care for customer's problem. Slowest speed no internet reception everyday, regret chosing YOU broadband.

I have never seen such poor service, so I took a plan for one year but don't forget that they provide poor broadband service, they do not even call the nodal officer from customer care.
