Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Electric Scooter Technician located in Malappuram. The technician will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing electric scooters, conducting scheduled maintenance, replacing parts as necessary, and performing quality checks. Additional tasks include maintaining service records, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and providing excellent technical support to customers. Qualifications Knowledge of Electric Vehicle systems and components, including batteries, motors, and controllers Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues Experience with the replacement and maintenance of electronic and mechanical parts Understanding of safety protocols and best practices in handling electric vehicles Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Good communication skills for explaining technical information to customers Relevant technical certifications or vocational training in EV maintenance and repair is preferred Previous experience with electric scooters or vehicles in a similar role is a plus
