Manage business and distribution for LAP for respective Zone - India. Ensuring overall portfolio and revenue targets are met. Managing front line sales (RSM>SM/ASM) for driving business. Managing key/strategic relation like Corporate DSAs etc. and other channels like Branch for creating lead funnel. Eventually managing entire LAP for Respective Zone as Zonal Sales Manager. 6. Drive growth by developing and executing business plans, scaling volume and ensuring profitability. 7. Role includes enhancing channel sales and support functions, preparing detailed P&L and budget inputs and ensuring compliance with regulations. 8. He will work with credit, operations and risk management to refine policies, recruit and develop the sales team and set performance metrics. 9. Additionally, will manage portfolio quality, profitability, cross-sell and upsell opportunities and oversee collections to maintain high productivity and financial health.
