Job Description ZOHO Application Customization and DevelopmentDesign and develop custom modules, fields, workflows, and reports within Zoho CRM and Creator.Write and optimize Deluge scripts to automate processes and create custom functionalities.Develop custom applications using Zoho Creator to address specific business needs.Integration and AutomationIntegrate Zoho applications with third-party tools using Zoho APIs, webhooks, and custom REST APIs. Build and optimize workflows and automation processes across Zoho applications to streamline operations.Develop and maintain sync integrations between applications in the Zoho platform.Data Migration and TroubleshootingPerform data migration, data mapping, and data cleansing within Zoho platforms.Ensure data integrity and security across Zoho tools.Client Collaboration & SupportCollaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. Provide training and support to clients on Zoho applications.Create and maintain documentation for changes and updates for end users.Provide ongoing support and resolve technical issues.
