Location is alright, requires better sanitation and up-keeping of washrooms. Online check in is not so convenient. Motorcycle rents are too pricey.

Overall property cleanliness was pretty below average. I was very disappointed with the restroom's cleanliness and cleaning schedule. I expected better since I've been to other Zostel properties which were comparatively better

Service is really good. Clean & calm!.They are offering food and bike rent . I think their rent for scooters is better than Royal brothers Vizag. If you are ready to take a hostel choose Zostel in Vizag.

Its at the city centre. All the restaurants museums shooping malls are within 3 kms radius. The staff were really cooperative and friendly. Ambience was awesome. Just that the washroom was really small.

Firstly located in a nice location for backpackers. Ambience is good. But with Air conditioned rooms, when AC is not switched on, rooms smelled bit stinky. Maintaince is upto the mark. Thumbsup to the managment for providing an early check-in for us.

The hostel itself is a typical Zostel. You pay much more than average, for relatively average accommodation. The staff were very unprofessional and rude. I wouldn't recommend this place and I'm normally a positive reviewer.

The best part is the service part. They treat guests nicely. Prices are reasonable. Plenty of space to hang around. Nice vibe good location.

Zostel was the best stay anyone can have in Visakhapatnam, it's 2 km from the beach, People are nice there, they even organise games in the evening that you can play with all the guests overall it was a nice experience.
