Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter, you will play a key role in attracting top talent, driving recruitment processes, and helping us build a strong workforce. You will partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and lead the full-cycle recruitment process to find the best candidates for the company. Key Responsibilities:Talent Sourcing:-Utilize job boards, social media, networking, and other platforms to identify and engage with potential candidates.-Build and maintain a talent pool for current and future hiring needs.-Candidate Screening and Interviewing:-Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.-Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and interest in the role.-Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and relevant team members.-Collaboration with Hiring Managers:-Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and candidate profiles.-Provide guidance on market trends, salary expectations, and the hiring process. Offer Management:-Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates, ensuring a smooth offer negotiation process.-Maintain communication with candidates throughout the offer and onboarding process.-Employer Branding:-Participate in recruitment marketing campaigns and events.-Compliance and Reporting:-Ensure recruitment processes comply with applicable labor laws and company policies.-Track and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate experience. Preferred Skills:Experience recruiting in IVF Centers, Hospitals.Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and other advanced sourcing tools.
