🚀 Job Opportunity: Team Lead – Overseas Education & Job Consultancy 📍 Location: Coimbatore 💼 Role: Full‑Time Team Lead 📅 Start Date: Immediate Salary Package: 1.5 to 3 LPA What You’ll Do Lead, mentor, and manage a team of education & job consultants to achieve counseling, application, admission, and placement targets. Counsel students/clients on overseas education options, career paths, job opportunities, and visa/work permit regulations. Coordinate with universities, training institutes, and employers abroad to build partnerships and streamline admission/hiring processes. Oversee end‑to‑end operations: from lead generation, documentation, and application submission to visa/job placements. Ensure excellent customer experience—resolve escalations, maintain satisfaction metrics, and ensure continuous improvement. Conduct training sessions, performance reviews, and regular feedback to team members. Analyze data & reporting: track KPIs, forecast pipelines, identify gaps, and strategize improvements. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in any field. 3‑5+ years of experience in overseas education consultancy, job placement services, or similar. At least 1‑2 years in a leadership or supervisory position. Strong understanding of admission processes, visa/work permit rules, and job market trends in target countries. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and lead teams to deliver results. Proficiency in digital tools (CRM systems, MS Office, virtual communication tools). Empathy, problem‑solving mindset, and a passion for helping students/clients succeed.
