Job description: Paid Internship The role is on-site, based in our **New Delhi office, for period of 3 months**. Candidates would ideally start in the position from December 2025 , with location based in Delhi NCR. Prior work experience of atleast 2 years will be preferred. You’ll operate at the intersection of **strategy, operations, and innovation** — driving high-impact initiatives across business verticals like **ZIPSURE AI (EV diagnostics SaaS + IoT)** and **Zipbolt’s circular energy systems platforms**. We’re looking for two candidates, who can thrive in a high-growth, ambiguous environment — with scalable solutions, backed by data, structure, and strong execution, a**strategic thinker** and **growth executor** **Build Systems & Processes:** Streamline internal workflows, automate reporting, and design operational playbooks for scale. **Collaborate Cross-Functionally:** Work with Engineering, Product, Finance, and Partnerships to ensure seamless execution of strategic goals. **Support Fundraising & Partnerships:** Assist in investor materials, pilot proposals, and strategic alliances with OEMs, energy partners, and government stakeholders. Responsibilities - - Determine and develop operational excellence of Digial services (SaaS) for EV products. - Execute targeted outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls to build and maintain a high-quality lead pipeline, contributing to accelerated go-to-market efforts and pipeline growth. - Skilled in lead generation and relationship building using tools like ZoomInfo, Apollo, LinkedIn, cold calling, - Engage Digital sales and GTM strategy, identifying target accounts, qualifying leads, and scheduling prospect meetings to accelerate revenue growth and ensure maximum outreach. - Work on Business analytics with development teams by utilising Data analytics and AI-enabled automation Qualifications Candidates must be pursuing MBA or M.Tech in the relevant field of Project Management, Sales , Operations, or engineering disciplines.
