Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Manager located in Noida. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, enhancing customer retention, and building strong relationships with clients. Day-to-day tasks include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, analyzing customer data for insights, and working with other departments to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
