very bad experience with chennai marshal.. inconsiderate and inhuman behaviors with customers. made us stranded in chennai bus stand . pls avoid this service .. never going to travel again with this bus service .

Very poor service.
Got my family stranded in the middle of the night. 3-4 hours delayed and they don't even say what's the eta.

Bad behaviour from Chennai bus service. Very rude and didn’t wait for five minutes for us to board. Never recommend this bus service or would never take this service again. Avoid this bus service pls.
