Job Opportunity: Boutique Manager Location: Kozhikode (Puthiyara) Brand: Zimal Are you a fashion-forward leader with a knack for retail excellence? Zimal , a premier textile destination, is looking for an experienced and passionate Boutique Manager to join our growing team. We are specifically looking for candidates who are local residents or currently residing within the Kozhikode district for our Puthiyara branch. However, we don’t mind candidates applying from other districts as well. If you have a deep understanding of the textile industry and a proven track record in retail management, we want to hear from you! The Ideal Candidate Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in retail management (preferably in textiles, boutiques, or high-end apparel). Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of fabric types, latest fashion trends, and the Kerala textile market. Skills: Excellent communication (Malayalam & English, Hindi (preferred), leadership qualities, and a customer-first mindset. Roles & Responsibilities Store Operations: Oversee daily activities at the boutique to ensure smooth functioning and premium service delivery. Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate sales staff to meet targets and maintain Zimal’s brand standards. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, handle fabric/garment procurement insights, and ensure a curated collection is always on display. Customer Relations: Build lasting relationships with our clientele, handling inquiries and providing expert styling or fabric advice. Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store layout and window displays are aesthetically pleasing and reflect current trends. Sales Growth: Implement local marketing ideas and sales strategies to drive footfall at both our Puthiyara and Payyannur locations. What We Offer A professional and creative work environment.
