Our strength lies in creativity, results, and long-term client partnerships. Role & Commission Structure Commission on every closed sale: 15%–20% , depending on project size and service type. Commission applies to: ✔ Initial projects ✔ Retainers ✔ Renewals Higher incentives for premium branding or long-term retainers. This role has no fixed salary—earnings depend entirely on performance. Key Responsibilities Identify and reach out to potential clients in target industries (fashion, D2C, FMCG, retail, cafés, salons, etc.). Pitch Ziddi Techies’ services confidently and convert prospects into clients. Build long-term client relationships with a consultative and solution-driven approach. Maintain a structured pipeline of leads and follow-ups. Coordinate with internal teams for proposal preparation and smooth onboarding. Track lead status, calls, and conversion metrics. KPIs & Sales Targets Monthly new revenue target: ₹1,50,000 – ₹2,50,000 . Generate and qualify 12–15 leads per month . Conduct 6–8 sales meetings per month . Maintain a 30–40% conversion rate from qualified leads. Support upselling or renewal for at least 2 existing clients per quarter . Work Environment Fully remote role with flexible working hours. Client meetings may occasionally require coordination across different time zones. Tools for communication, CRM, and workflow will be provided (as needed). Ideal Candidate Profile Experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (agency experience preferred). Understanding of branding, design, social media, or digital marketing services. Excellent communication skills in English; Hindi proficiency is an added advantage. Comfortable using CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Notion, etc.). Self-motivated, ambitious, and passionate about closing deals. Contract & Probation Initial contract: 6–12 months . Probation period: 2–3 months based on performance.
