We are seeking an experienced CCTV Technician and Network Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. This role involves installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting CCTV systems and network infrastructure to ensure reliable surveillance and connectivity. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of CCTV technology, networking protocols, and possess the ability to work independently and in a team. Responsibilities: Install, configure, and test CCTV systems, including cameras, DVR/NVR systems, monitors, and related equipment. Conduct site surveys to assess equipment needs, camera placements, and optimal network connections. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to CCTV and network infrastructure. Set up network connections for CCTV systems, ensuring secure and stable connections with minimal downtime. Perform regular maintenance and updates to ensure all systems function optimally. Monitor and ensure the quality of video recording and storage, configuring settings as required. Document system configurations, repairs, and maintenance activities. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure network security for CCTV systems. Provide technical support and training to users on CCTV and network systems. Stay updated with the latest CCTV and networking technologies to recommend improvements and upgrades. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in CCTV installation, maintenance, and networking. Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, etc.). Proficiency in handling DVR/NVR systems and camera configurations. Experience with IP camera systems and remote monitoring software. Basic knowledge of network security principles. Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
