Role Description This is a full-time (Hybrid) off-site role for a 3D Designer located at our India office in Delhi. The 3D Designer will be responsible for creating and refining 3D designs and models, incorporating lighting and animation elements, and collaborating with team members to meet client specifications. The designer will contribute to the production process by creating graphic designs and preparing high-quality visual assets to enhance event presentations. Qualifications Proficiency in 3D Design and 3D Modeling Strong sense of space, lighting, event aesthetics, and animation Experience with Graphic Design tools and software such as 3ds Max / SketchUp / Adobe Photoshop / Blender / Cinema 4D (any major 3D software) • Hands-on with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects • Ready to adapt and deliver during late/odd hours when required Strong creative and problem-solving skills Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively in a team environment Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field Knowledge of event design, production processes, or the events industry is an advantage Excellent time management and organizational skills
