Role Overview As a Business Development Manager (BDM) , you will play a crucial role in expanding Zesttas client base across strategic industry sectors. You will manage the entire sales cyclefrom lead generation to deal closurewhile coordinating with internal teams to customize Zestta’s solutions based on client requirements. Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Generation & Pipeline Development Research, identify, and build relationships with potential clients in target verticals. Engage key decision-makers through calls, emails, and digital platforms such as LinkedIn. 2. Sales Strategy & Execution Define and consistently achieve revenue goals and conversion metrics. Pitch Zestta’s value proposition, highlighting assurance, gamified engagement, and customer retention. 3. Client Engagement & Customization Work with product, marketing, and engineering teams to customize proposals using API integrations, white-labeling, or co-branded solutions. Conduct product demos and client workshops to showcase platform capabilities. 4. Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction, upselling, and retention. Gather client insights and feedback to support product improvement and strategic decision-making. 5. Reporting & Analysis Maintain accurate and updated CRM data. Track KPIs such as conversion rates, deal volumes, and new vertical penetration. Analyze sales trends to improve outreach methods and positioning. Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). Experience 10+ years in B2B sales/business development, ideally in SaaS, EdTech, BFSI, Healthcare, or platform-based industries.
